The service
AwardMagnet ("we", "us") provides AI-generated bid packages for government solicitations you upload: a bid/no-bid assessment, requirements summary, compliance matrix, capability statement draft, proposal first draft, pricing considerations, questions for the contracting officer and a submission checklist.
Drafts, not advice
Packages are drafts produced by AI to help you prepare your own bid. They are not legal, accounting or procurement advice and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against the solicitation, completing all [FILL IN] items, and everything you submit to a government agency. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to upload the documents and information you provide. You keep all rights to your content and to the package we deliver to you. We use your content only to produce and deliver your package, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI) you are not permitted to share, or export-controlled data.
Price and payment
Each package is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout (currently $750 per solicitation). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; changes don't affect orders already paid.
Refunds
If your package isn't useful, email support@awardmagnet.com within 7 days of purchase with your order link and we'll refund you in full. If we fail to deliver a package, we'll refund you in full automatically or on request.
Delivery
Packages are usually ready within 5–15 minutes of payment and are delivered to a private link that is also emailed to you. Anyone with the link can view the package, so keep it private.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' orders, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost contracts, profits or indirect damages.
No government affiliation
AwardMagnet is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency, including SAM.gov or the General Services Administration.
