What we collect
- The solicitation documents you upload.
- Your company name, email address and the company description you provide.
- Payment details, which are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to produce and deliver your bid package, send you order emails, provide support and process refunds. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your files and order records.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that reads your documents and writes your package.
- Stripe processes payments.
Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention
We keep your order and package so you can return to it. Email support@awardmagnet.com to have your files and package deleted.
Security
Packages are available only through a private, unguessable link. Treat it like a password.
